Sekameng is a large village.it has got 3 primary schools and one high school called Sekameng Diocesan High School.Primary schools are Sekameng L.E.C, A.C.L & R.C.C.
There is a NGO found at Sekameng called Sekameng ADP through WORLD VISION LESOTHO.It help childen through sponsership from people in Rich countries.There is also a small clinic found in this village.with shop we have only two shops by the villagers.There are no hotels.
with location it is located in the southwest of Mafeteng district.
