History :

Ethiopia is founded with in Christianity and the people of Ethiopia will prevail with Compromize and unity for the right of the other religion. Since christianity introduced in our country around 3rd century king Ezana 'Ezanus' (Abreha) and his brother Shezana ( Atsebeha) had built to many Hewn rock churches around the country; from those historical churches the Mertolemariam church is one of the femous historical church in history. Until gudit destroy the church; it had given service for more than 400 years, from 4th to 8th century AC.
