About village :

Nasir Jibril Rikadawa (a.k.a NASS-4-NAKSS), hails from Rikadawa, a remote community, which is about 68.2km away from Kano, and situated in Madobi Local Government Area (LGA)of Kano State Nigeria. The village has a total population of over 50,000 Muslims communities. The timezone in Rikadawa is Sunrise at 06:20 and Sunset at 18:38. Latitude: 11.73°, Longitude: 8.32°, Temperature: 35°C / 95°F, Wind: 13.8km/h East and no significant clouds.Nasir was born to the families of Alh. Jibo Rikadawa of Gidan Sarkin Fada. He attended Rikadawa Primary School, Madobi, where he performed excellently with first positions during each examinations; he also held the post of Class Captain for 5 years and later became the Head Boy of the school. He then joined the Government Secondary School Madobi, where he got excellent academic records and held the post of Health Prefect of the school.The hardworking and respectful Nasir, then proceeded to Science College Dawakin-Kudu Kano. As usual, he became the House Captain of Bagauda House, Chairman of Shura Prayer Commitee of Muslim Students Society (MSS), Chairman Further Mathematics Club and performed excellently in WAEC and NECO examinations in the year 2001.With his quest for serving Humanity in various endeavors, the young and energetic NASS then in 2001-2002, proceeded to the Lagos City Computer College, Ikeja Lagos for his Diploma in Computer Science; He later attended Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria Kaduna for his IJMBE A' Level in 2002-2004. With his excellent results performance, the management of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria-Nigeria, offered him admission into the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences to study Pharmacy Profession, the B.Pharm Degree which he's currently undergoing. During his periods in A.B.U. Zaria, NASS held many post in various organizations amongst which includes: Public Relations Officer, P.R.O. (2006) and Financial Secretary (2007) of the Kano-Jigawa Pharmaceutical Students Association (KAJIPSA) respectively; Business Manager of the Pharmaceutical Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, P.M.S.S.N. (2009); Member of Audit Commitee (2007) and Chairman of Care-Taker Commitee (2010) of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria Students (PANS)respectively; PRESIDENT of the National Association of Kano State Students, N.A.K.S.S. (2009); Member of Home Coming Local Organizing Commitee of the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, M.S.S.N. (2011); to mention but a few.
