Kunjeshwar mahadev temple is situated near the bank of river in lower lambagaon. Iti very old temple of lord shiva and every year shivaratri is celebrated in the temple with great fun and enjoyment.

Lambagoan is situated on the northern bank of River Beas. It is about 30 kms south from Palampur (famous tourist spot in HP). It has two parts - upper lambagoan and lower lambagoan. Lambagoan is famous due to princelly capital of Maharaja Sansar Chand Katoch's regime. It is cluster of about 60 to 65 small villages. Easily accessed from Delhi (500 kms), Shimla (225 kms) and Pathankot (140 kms). The nearest Railway Station is Panchrukhi (25 kms) and Una (Himachal) 100 Kms). The nearest Airport is Gagal near Dharamshala (70 Kms). It has very picturous surrounding with beautiful Dholadhar Himalayan ranges on the northern sides and lush green foot hills below the Himalayan ranges. Any one can find himself in heaven while visiting the place. The Lord Shiva's oldest temple, Kanjushwar Mahadev and Mata Aashapuri temple is also situated in this region.

Kangra.pin 176096 hp se hoo.About my village..is jhunga devi.it is a very beautifull village.its also connect many villages..four roads going this village..sujanpur,jaisinghpur, dhupkaria,and shivnagar.an anual mela is also held ..in last of the may month..in mata jhunga devi mandir...kusti of little champs is also held here in evening ..named chinj. Here many facilities also iph office,herbal .and dispansory..is also here..main market is lambagoan is half km from jhungadevi... A famous moto machanic is also open his worksshop..named rajeev auto care. The main thing .is also known about jhungadevi is..about the.ram lilas. .which is in the month ot octover..roles and other works arange by ram lila and yubak mandan jhungadevi.The last and all about my experience about my vilage.is very beautifull..peacefull,,full of greenly..,and i am very proudfull that jhungadevi is my birthplace.. First on my list of most beautiful villages to visit in is none other than Upper Lamba Gaon, Kangra H.P. without a doubt, one of the most beautiful villages to visit in kangra valley.
Upper Lamba Gaon, known for its Mata Jhunga Devi Mandir (my Kul Devi), it\'s under hour drive from Sujanpur Tira. Popular holidays destination such as Hamirpur, Palampur and Dharamsala are close-by.
The beauty about Upper Lamba Gaon, besides offering an excellent spot for a quite vacation retreat, is its beautiful location perched in the valley. This makes Upper Lamba Gaon an absolute haven for outdoor pursuits and recreational activities such as hiking, swimming, adventure and offering memorable views of Himalayan (Dholadhar Ranges) around the valley.
Hopefully one day, after retiring from U.S Department of Homeland Security, State Department I\'ll build a small house in Banehar (My dad\'s (Jaishi Ram) property) and return bit of my earning back to the community where I come from. Sometime, I do miss my village.
