About village :

Jholana is a very famous and distinguesh town of district Mandi Bahauddin in Punjab, attatched with new district complex on Phalia road.History of Jholana is very rich and bright,most people blongues to Gondal community.Basicaly Jholana is an agricultural based town.People are very lovely and hardworking.Jholana's economy mostly relyes on agriculture but there is a huge part of foreign exchange send by our brothers serving over seas and plying a vital role in our national economy.There are many highly qualified personalitied of Jholana serving on high ranks in deffirent national institutions.

There is no proper or government hospital in Jholana exept a few dispenceries and medical stores.

You can buy almost all goods of daily use, household and all kinds of garments,cloths and food ietms.There are many. shops and stores in my beautiful village.

Temple / Church / Mosque/ Gurdwara :

There are four main masajids in Jholana. one of them is right on the main bus stop of the village. Three others are inside the Village. Two religious madrisas area also providing free religious education. Two Imam bargahs are in Jholana. Jholana have four comunity centers which are used for all social activities.All papulation belongs to Islam. Thats why there is no church or tempel in Jholana.

Hotels :

There is no proper place like hotel or resturent to be rented in Jholana.But if you are traveller or visitor you can easily find accomodation facilities as people are very co operative and loving.You can easily get a place for stay in any of residential house.Otherwise if you want to stay seprately, you have to find out some flat which are availiable in Mandi Bahauddin city almost 6 kilometers away from the main village place of Jholana.

Education Schools Colleges:

There are two main govt.based educational institites in Jholana.First one is Govt.high school for boys and otherone is Govt.high school for girls situated right in the heart of village. Two primary and one elementry schools are also their but they are on some distance from main area of pappulated village. some non government institutes are also operating in Jholana. overall level of education in much better as campere with littracy rate in Pakistan.
