History :

*This village was established on the of miss Sooli the wife of person whose name was unknown before 1600 CE.*Total land of this village is about 220 Acres.Khoohs and Land Distributions*In the past Khoohs (wells) were the main source for watering of agricultural lands but now these are completely replaced by tubewells.The names of these Khoohs are still using to understand the positions of places.The population in past had been established around thesewells and some population is still growing in size and getting the shape of mohalas near the Khoohs.The names and position of the Khoohs is as under:-1. Dakhanay Ala Khooh:It was situated at south side of the village.2. Parbatay Ala Khooh: It was situated at north side of the village.3. Toay Ala Khooh: It was situated at north west of village near village pond.4. Bohay Ala Khooh: It was situated at east of the village.5. Chub Ala Khooh: It was situated at east south of the village.6. Goray Ala Khooh-1: It was situated at east north of the village near Lasuri Kalan. This Khooh was owned by Hindus and Muhammad Ali Makhdoom before partition of Pakistan and India.7. Goray Ala Khooh-2: It was situated at east north about 0.50 Km from village.8. Marray Ala Khooh: It was situated at north of the village about 0.75 Km from the village.9. Siwian Ala Khooh: It was situated at east of the village near Nallah Bhuddi.10.Roman Ala Khooh: It was situated at west north of the village in the land of village Hagar Khurd and Lasuri Khurd.11.A SMALL Bouly (Small well): It was situated near Mazar Hazrat Shah Muhammad (RA).These 11 Khoohs reflects the indications of agricultural development of the village in past.

*Sunni Jamia Mosque: There is only on mosque in the village from which the village is echoed with the sound of Allah ho Akbar five times a day.This mosque is situated at elevated place and center of the village.The old mosque was demolished in 1977 and new mosque was constructed by the most contribution of Hazrat Bibi Fatima (RA)the most respectable lady of the village along with contribution of people of the village in 1985 to 2005.
* Place where Hindus burnt their dead peoples: It was situated near Goray ala Khooh (Now owned by Makhdooms)near Dharmsal of village Lasuri Kalan.

*Ch. Fateh Muhammad Mekan was a retired army person of British Army and he fought the 2nd world war 1942 at Barma Border.
* Muhammad Sheikh was also a retired army person of British Army and he fought the 2nd world war 1942 at Barma Border. After partition of Pakistan and India he had served the village as a Chowkidar.

Source of Income:
The main source of income of the village is agriculture. Except the agriculture there is construction company named M/s Imtiaz Hussain and co.(Pvt) Ltd (Chief Executive Engr. Muhammad Iqbal Makhdoom),Rice Mill and a Al Makhdoom Marble and pre- cast factory (Chief Executive Amjad Mehboob Makhdoom). Poultry and fish farms are also growing industries in the village. Some people have dairy farms. The educated people are mostly job holders, A great people are masons and rest of others earn their livelihood by daily wages.

Health Facilities in the Village:
There is no health facility for the people in the village. In emergency cases the villagers have to visit Pyrianwali Rural Health center or private Doctors at Adda Pyrianwali 15 Km away from the village.
Schools and Education in the Village:
There is only one Government boy’s primary school in the village. Two literacy schools which being run by local educated females. No girl’s school is present in the village. The female students have to go nearby village Lasuri Kalan where one private high school is present for girls.
