About village :

i would be interest in photos of the trzebicko/cieszkow poland area. my grandmother ida emma mahlig was born in strebitzko germany (now trzebicko poland) on 16 august 1880 the daughter of christian and ernestine (tschentscher) mahlig. they were of the lutheran faith and probably attended church in freyhan germany (now cieszkow poland). she met adam karl schmidt from wehrda germany (hesse) while he was stationed with the german army. thet got married and left the area about 1904 and eventually emigrated to johnstown Pa united states in 1906. any information/history/photos of the area would be appreciated.
