About village :
Pwaga have three big churches namely Anglican, Luthelan and Roman cathorics. However, there are some churches with less followers like SDA, Mitume etc. Also a very limited number of villagers are the followers of Muslim.

Education Schools Colleges:
Pwaga village have two primary schools known as Pwaga Primary School which started in 1972 and Magungu Primary School which started 1981. This village have only one Secondary School of which its performance since its start is not satisfactory due to lack of enough teachers.
