About village :

Ajagbodudu is made up of 12 lineage. And every 3 years in the month of April, this 12 lineage and their descendant always come together to celebrate the festive called ajaka which the masquerade the founder of the village met in the the villiage before he settled down there. This masquerade has it\'s shrine in the the middle of the village since tthe the village was founded. The people living there, are pretty trader, main on fresh fish and oil palm, ajagbodudu has always been a very peaceful place before the invasion of the oghara people in 1999 clamping to be the owner of the community that as been in existence for a very long time. All we want is for the government to wade into this issue on time to avoid further blood shed

Festival :

Ajafodudu community is an itsekiri village in warri north local government area of delta state. It situated at the Benin river water way. In 1942 a concent judgement was given by j John Jackson in the presence of elders of oghara and ajagbodudu to mark the boundary of the two community and their local government . The gazetted line was called Jackson line. And the tribe living in ajagbodudu are the itsekiri. Their ward in warri north local government is koko ward 2 in the new ward, and in the in old ward it\\\'s in ward 6 which ajagbodudu is the headquarter of the ward. Ajagbodudu is a very peaceful community.
