About Magajin garin wando : from the history no any person that will come and claim the throne of magajin garin wando if he is not from Wahanu/wanu house. late Muntsashi the formal village head and the his ancestor Bawa\'s parents were pursued from Fagge-Lalle after Mazakuka and they came to wando to settle and got married a woman from wanu house. Bawa the present village head want to cause misunderstanding by given somebody who is not entitled which was to bring breach of peace in the area but rectify and corrected by elders in the surrounding villages that brings out the history to the knowledge of everybody. Dear readers Wando is fast growing with religious activities, road under construction by community.

Wando Village is a Village situated in Magama Local Government Area Nasko of Niger state, salka District under Kontagora Emirate Council.The village was founded by some braved hunters namely:- Kaka Takalau , Kaka Gimba, Kaka Launa, Kaka Sari and Kaka Jilli. The Village is about 9 kilometres from Raba, 6 to Kura and surrounded by some villages. The village is full of green vegetation, and people are mainly farmers and hunters. The Magajin garin Wando must be from Wanu house who are the first settler in the village and are the king makers in the village. The main Language is kambari speaking language and the people are peace loving people. No any body that will claim Magajin garin if he is not from wanu house. Kusodu who was the first village head took Kaka makigani and Kaka mani to Kontagora to embrace Islam. Gabau took over the leadership and they are all from the same fomily, the leadership continue to the present Village head Bawa. Kaka Takalau is the first settler and the founder of the village from wanu house with his wife Kaka Rummu with Kaka Gimbaru and Kaka sari. The leadership was of the village was giving to Bawa house based on request from a Daughter of wanu house that was married in the house and Late Muntsashi was coroneted before Bawa.Festival :- The villagers celebrate two festival :- Agunu and Akwiso.Agunu is celebrated when vegetation are ready for harvest and prayer to eat new crops.Akwiso is celebrated after harvest of crops to appreciate the bounty harvest. it has 9 kilometres to the main road. Alhaji Musa Tanoshi Wando, There are some leaders of the village like Gidan Galadima , Gidan Uban Dawaki, Gidan Amali and Gidan Wahanu/wanu that is leading.
