Ntigha is a a major clan in isialangwa north local government area of Abia state,Nigeria.Ntigha is made up of six major villages-Eziama,Avor,Amapu,Okpuala,Umuogele and Umukalu.Ntigha comprises of nine autonomous communities-Eziama,Oria na ugaa,egbelu etiti,Avor,Amapu,isiala,enyiala,avor na ogele,and ntigha okpuala.Ntigha has a common boundaries with Umuahia,Ngwa ukwu and Nsulu.Ntigha has four major markets- Orie ntigha in Amapu ntigha,Ekeule in Umuogele ntigha,Ahia nkwo in Eziama ntigha and Ahia afor in avor ntigha.Ntigha people like other Ngwa people are predominantly farmers,but are currently the most formally educated in Ngwa land and Abia state at large.Ntigha has some socio-cultural associations such as Ntigha Clan Union with the pioneer president as Nze A.I.Nwagwu,Otawike youths of Abia formed by Chief Ginger Onwusibe,and Ntigha Youth Association with Comrade Ibeabuchi Nkemakolam as the pioneer president and co-founder.Ntigha has so many reputable men and women who are successful in the fields of Agriculture,Academics,Engineering,Politics,Medicine,Bussiness,etc.Ntigha has a level and agric-friendly land(topography) and is blessed with a lot of natural,human and material resources.
