History :

Ugboha was founded in the 15th Century by Chief Enowel who fled with his family from the tyrannical rule of Oba Ewuare in the Bini Kingdom. Enowel settled by river he named Oha( meaning house) and named the settlement Owaha later it became Ugboha. He left his two sons Ijobomhen and Onor to lead in his absence and he proceeded to River Niger and returned to Bini.
