History :
Uzuakoli originated from Ezera presently in Isukwuato local government area, all in Abia State.Uzuakoli first settled in akoli, from there they migrated to their present home which is called Uzuakoli. The first name was "Ozu" now Uzuakoli, Uzuakoli married and had five children namely, "Mba now called amamba" then "Oma which is now Eluoma" then "Nkwo which is now known as Amankwo" followed Agbo now called Agbozu" and the last child "Ugwuanyim now called Ngwu". All aforementioned formed the five villages of Uzuakoli.
